We have been walking through the book of Philippians looking for fulfillment. We are not looking for how to be happy. We are not looking for how to be rich or prosperous. We are looking for fulfillment—a sense of inner joy, purpose and satisfaction that is not passive or transient, but is rooted deep in a relationship with Jesus Christ. This Father’s Day, God has us exploring the lives of two men who lived worthy of the gospel—Timothy and Epaphroditus. Our prayer is that each of us, and especially fathers, will leave challenged and encouraged to live in a manner worthy of the gospel.
